Every day is a gift- there’s so much uncertainty in the world right now, it is so easy to fixate on things we cannot change. Take a moment to breathe in…exhale… ideally somewhere green…zoom out from the headlines and zoom IN to what this season can bring-
Here’s a few ideas to get you started on making the most of Fall 2022:
I recently visited Paris for Art Basel- and to learn more about their real estate market- and there was one refrain all the brokers kept saying…for Americans… Paris Is on Sale…
The strength of the dollar- war in Europe- economic uncertainty- these factors lead to unprecedented value for an American buying in France.
Aside from convincing myself I can (sadly) live without that 5th-floor petite atelier in a 1700’s Marais Hotel Particulier I fell in love with…this might be the time to live that dream and spend time in the most beautiful city in the world- not as a tourist.
Here is one of the properties I can connect you to if you plan to visit- allow me to connect you with a special- hand-selected local broker…any arrondissement and budget. And take me with you.
Fall hikes are the best- the air is crisp- no bugs- less traveled paths- and remember- a Walk Is a Hike- you don’t need to overtax yourself for it to count. Check out this Hudson Valley Hiking Guide or the Dia Center for the Arts sculpture park in Beacon, NY.
Will Guidara’s bestseller Unreasonable Hospitality is the book of the season.
“Today, every business can choose to be a hospitality business—and we can all transform ordinary transactions into extraordinary experiences. Featuring sparkling stories of his journey through restaurants, with the industry’s most famous players like Daniel Boulud and Danny Meyer, Guidara urges us all to find the magic in what we do—for ourselves, the people we work with, and the people we serve.”

Stunning penthouse duplex home in a distinguished and beautifully maintained Carnegie Hill Art Deco landmark co-operative. Showcasing two private terraces- glorious natural light and open city views, a working fireplace- and expansive, elegant layout; this move-in ready, truly beautiful home has so much to offer.
Readers- I hope this gives you some inspiration to go out there and enjoy the City and some nature- and of course Paris. As for real estate, if you’re thinking of buying or selling an apartment in NYC (or you know someone who is) please reach out or pass this along!
One thing that stays the same for many of us in the midst of all changes is that these decisions are highly personal. I’d be honored to be your guide
