You might not have expected to see my recent transition from your pal/real estate broker emerge as a character in the truly fun and fabulous viral sensation cinema vérité-style mockumentary series “Margeaux and Jules” by the one and only Alexis Bittar.
This series, featuring an eclectic mix of NYC’s own cultural icons such as Patricia Black and Amanda Lapore- not only had me stepping into the shoes of Mr. Margeaux- it brought our fabulous properties into the limelight in the most uniquely entertaining way.
The backdrop? None other than the stunning 812 Fifth Avenue and the lively 830 Park Avenue Maisonette.
It’s not every day you get to mix real estate with comedy and high fashion, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast! Will I re-emerge as well-heeled hubby to the stunning Margaux- lord I hope so.
Imagine not just showcasing two of our most stunning properties but doing so while immersed in a narrative so rich, it could only be born out of the creative genius that is:
Mr. Bittar.
